What we collect
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages and sources bring people here. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
- Server logs. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your address and message so we can reply, and for as long as we need them to deal with your request.
Why we use it
We use this information to run the site, keep it secure, understand which pages help people and answer messages. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing those things, and for emails, replying to what you asked.
Links to other sites
Links to job platforms take you to their own websites, which have their own privacy policies. If we add referral links, they will be labelled, and the platform may record that you came from us.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare processes the data above for us, and our email is forwarded through Cloudflare to our email provider. Some of this may be processed outside the UK under the usual legal safeguards. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
